1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the EARTH365 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including donors, NGOs, field staff, and administrators.
2. Description of Services
EARTH365 provides tools to register and manage environmental organisations, projects and land parcels; receive donations; record field evidence; monitor satellite observations and wildfire alerts; and prepare transparency and registry dossiers. Carbon-market functions may be used only for projects and units that complete independent validation and the requirements of a recognised registry.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Donations and Payments
Payments are processed only through a provider shown as active at checkout. The amount, currency, project allocation and any fee are disclosed before confirmation. Refunds depend on project status, settlement outcome and applicable law. A numbered receipt is evidence of payment and is not, by itself, a tax-deductibility certificate.
5. Referral and Outreach Grant Programme
The referral programme is not an investment return or guaranteed income. Outreach grants may be calculated only from settled donations under rates and limits disclosed on the programme page before participation. Withdrawals require identity and financial checks and the published minimums; fraudulent or conflicted accounts may be suspended.
6. Carbon Credits and NFTs
Carbon credits become tradable only after an accredited validation and verification body approves a project under a recognised registry (for example Plan Vivo, Verra VCS or Gold Standard) and that registry issues serialised credits. Until issuance, any tonnage shown on this platform is an internal estimate of expected sequestration — it is not a carbon credit and may not be sold as one. Where a listing is a forward purchase of credits that do not yet exist, that status is stated at the point of sale and the amount is refunded in full if the credits are never issued. NFTs are commemorative digital records of a contribution; they do not convey ownership of land, trees, carbon, revenue or any financial instrument. EARTH365 does not guarantee investment returns on carbon credits, NFTs or tokens.
7. NGO Obligations
Registered NGOs must provide valid documentation and undergo verification. NGOs must submit regular field reports with photographic evidence and GPS coordinates. Failure to comply with reporting requirements may result in suspension. All funds received must be used for the stated project purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology on the EARTH365 platform is owned by EARTH365 or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant EARTH365 a license to use it for platform purposes. The EARTH365 name, logo, and branding are trademarks.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.
10. Limitation of Liability
EARTH365 is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We do not guarantee specific environmental outcomes from projects.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. The current version always applies.
